UAFYE Distinguished Speaker Series
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions and First Year Experience is pleased to announce that award-winning playwright, actor and professor Anna Deavere Smith has been selected as the 2005 Distinguished Speaker. Her presentation titled “Snapshots: Glimpses of America in Change” will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at 4 pm in Weigel Hall. Reserved seating is required, and tickets will be available to the general University community beginning April 4.
All first-year students are invited to attend this presentation. An early ticket distribution will be available to these students beginning March 28. If you work closely with first year students, please encourage them to take advantage of this truly unique opportunity. Tickets will be available in 120 Enarson Hall.
