YOU'RE INVITED: OHIO STATE'S TSUNAMI RELIEF BENEFIT DINNER

Ohio State's students, both international and American, have responded to the recent tsunami in South Asia with passion and energy in an effort to help those who have lost family members and friends. The university administration, faculty and staff commend student leaders for their decision and initiative to hold a Tsunami Relief Benefit Dinner at The Ohio State University. The event will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2005, at 6:30 pm, in the Ohio Union Ballrooms. To show your support, we hope that you will consider attending this event. The evening will include dinner, cultural performances and presentations by students from the affected countries, and a silent auction to raise money for relief efforts.

Tickets are $25.00 and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at the Office of International Education (OIE), 100 Oxley Hall, 1712 Neil Avenue. Payment may be made by cash or personal check made payable to "T-CORE" (Tsunami-Central Ohio Relief Effort). Individuals who are in a financial position to contribute additional funds are encouraged to do so. 100% of ticket proceeds will be donated to support the relief efforts in South Asia.

Please consider attending this special campus event and extend the invitation to other members of the University and Columbus community.
